Common questions

I'm not getting my jogs. Open Settings → Notifications → Jog and turn on Allow Notifications and Time Sensitive Notifications. Time Sensitive is what lets a jog come through when a Focus is on.

My phone doesn't buzz when it's on silent. Open Settings → Sounds & Haptics and turn on Play Haptics in Silent Mode.

Jog keeps reminding me. That's on purpose: Jog comes back every 10 minutes until you tap Done. To get a reminder only once, open the jog and turn off Keep jogging me until it's done.

How do I sync my iPhone and iPad? Sync comes with Jog Plus and Jog Family. Sign in to the same Apple Account on both devices, turn on iCloud for Jog in Settings → [your name] → iCloud, and open Jog on each one.

How do I share Jog with my family? With Jog Family, open ⋯ → Family in Jog and send the invite link. Everyone you invite can see the jogs you share, and you can send a jog straight to someone with Send to…. Any jog can stay private.

I bought Jog Plus or Family, but it still says Free. Open the plans screen (⋯ → Go unlimited) and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription? Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Jog. You keep everything you made, and you go back to 5 new jogs a day.

I have a code. Tap Have a code? on the plans screen.

The washer timer isn't on my Lock Screen. Open Settings → Jog and turn on Live Activities.
